Keystone Program
The Keystone Program offers safe, sober housing for recovery and wellness for adult males/identify-as-males.
What is it?
Keystone is a recovery sober living house (Residential Recovery) where mutual accountability, shared responsibility, community connection and programming combine to provide an environment of healing.
Choice, Change, Commitment and Connection are the pillars of this program: Using recovery capital and whole person care to support our participants to build a strong and lasting lifestyle of recovery.
Who is it for?
Adult males/identify-as-males who have recently completed an addictions treatment program and/or have not used any alcohol or illegal/illicit substances in the past three (3) months. Participants must be willing to follow program agreements and sign the Service Agreement, which includes but is not limited to:

Abstain from alcohol or illegal/illicit substance use

Be able to safely manage two flights of stairs

Have no guests
-
Attend mandatory meetings and events as scheduled (10 hours per week program in house required)

Be willing to share accommodations with shared sleeping quarters

Be suitable and active in the community-style living (house meetings and dinners)

Be focused on recovery (jobs and school may not be permitted early in your program)

The apartments are fully furnished and fully self-contained. They are shared; moving suites is common.

SPURS is a life skills program offered to the participants in Keystone. The SPURS program provides a holistic educational experience that develops a comprehensive set of skills, solidifying your recovery foundation.
The SPURS program is designed to build resources that enable participants to move towards making healthier choices when they are coping with stress and adversity. This is done by developing behaviors, routines, and activities that nurture all aspects of health and wellness. Program components include:

Boundaries, Shame Resilience, Trauma, Relapse Prevention Planning, Mindfulness
